Sri Lankan Airlines said it will operate a special flight from Tokyo's Narita airport tomorrow (March 17th ) to provide passage for Sri Lankans in Japan who want to come back to the island.
The airline said flight UL1423 will depart Tokyo at 1630 hours on March 17 and arrive in Colombo at 0015 hours on March 18.
Meanwhile, Sri Lankan Embassy officials in Japan has said that no Sri Lankan has been affected or injured by the Earthquake and Tsunami and they were keeping in constant touch with the Sri Lankans in Japan.
