Sri Lanka suspends Mail delivery to tsunami hit Japan

Sri Lanka Post has suspended delivery of all types of mail to tsunamiand earthquake affected areas in Japan.
The Post master General said that Japan Post has informed Sri Lanka Post that all types of mail items to Tsunami hit areas with the following postal codes should be suspended until further notice.
Thye Affected areas are Hokkaido, Aomori, Akita, Lwate, Miyagi,Yamagata, Fukushima and Ibarald with the postal codes of 00,01,02,03,04,05,06,07,08,09,30,31,96,98 and 99
